If you’re considering Hotel, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. My experience was nothing short of terrible. The caretakers lacked any sense of responsibility or professionalism – unhelpful, unfriendly, and completely inattentive to guests' needs. Basic amenities were either missing or dysfunctional, and cleanliness seemed to be a foreign concept. The overall experience left a lot to be desired, and it’s safe to say that this place lacks both quality and hospitality standards. I would strongly advise against staying here unless you’re up for an incredibly frustrating experience!

Rooms for friends only not for family and when enter the odor smells.The best part is 24 hrs hot water and the room is very big with balcony view.And very near to Tito lane

The stay was really budgeted and good , baga beach and Tito's lane, both are at walkable distance. The room is spacious, only the room light was but dim

Location -5/5 ( Near to Beach) Staff behaviour -4/5 Cleanliness - 4/5 Bedsheets & Bed - 4/5 Balcony - 5/5 Spacious room -5/5 Washroom - 2.5/5 ( Flush not working and slight leakage of commode.) Overall a decent experience at reasonable tarrif.

Room is big but at night there is so many mosquitoes in room and hotel did not provide any mosquitoes killer. They also didn't provide towel. Blanket is smelling very bad. Nothing is good except hotel location.
