Reception and corridors looks great and the fragrance throughout hotel is amazing. Room is above average, but not upto the standard of a 4 star hotel. Mattress seems to be not good. Bathroom and toilets were clean and nice.

i recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel sugar with my wife, and i must say, it was an exceptional experience. the staff's behavior was top-notch - they were warm, welcoming, and attentive to our every need.
the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, from the lobby to our room, everything was spotless. the housekeeping team did an outstanding job ensuring our room was tidy and comfortable throughout our stay.

Pretty neat and clean. Comfortable bed. Good wifi. Though the hotel did not provide basic amenities like dental kit. Carry your own brush and toothpaste and slippers.
