Stay was quite nice. room was clean and well maintain. hotel in closed to Banaras railway station .auto available outside the hotel 24 hours.staff were quite helpful.

Overall the stay experience was fine mainly due to the quality and hygiene of rooms. One star less due to below average services:

- Location is good
- Rooms are in general neat & clean
- Neat and clean washrooms
- Courteous staff
Cons
- Restaurant Service was not good. I ordered Tea @ 8 pm but it was denied stating that only dinner orders are being taken. For working professionals tea/coffee are the most basic amenities

Would have rated the hotel with 4 stars but few things went wrong which the hotel need to prioritize. If as a traveller you just want a clean place to stay then you can surely stay here but don't expect too much from services point of view.

-Rooms were neat and clean in general
-Location of hotel was good

The rooms are clean, the linen fresh and everything works in the bathroom. These are basics you think but you'll be surprised how many hotels just don't get it right. My stay was very comfortable. This is a new property and has all the benefits of a new place.
Strongly recommend this place!

my stay at this property was quite disappointing. the service phone was disconnected, and when i inquired, the staff casually stated that rats had cut the wire, which was highly unprofessional. there was no foot mat provided, and instead, they placed a bath towel as a doormat, raising serious hygiene concerns. the ac in one of the rooms was not cooling properly, and the tvs in both rooms were non-functional, making the stay uncomfortable. additionally, the property was much smaller than depicted ...more
