I stayed in room no-302 for Rs 757/-. Room was very congested and with poor ventilation. Door latches were not properly working. There is privacy issue. Intercom is not available. The staffs disturb you every now and then for trivial reasons. Otherwise it's good for staying. Location is good. You can go to darjeeling/Kurseong through the road in front of the hotel.

the hotel receptionist is not well mannered not well trained, don't know how to talk to customers, as we are returning form our trip from Sikkim we decided to stay at this hotel because we are stayed already in December,2022, (today is 26 December,2024)While we checked in the reception boy told us that how can I believe that you both are husband and wife, his speaking type is not formal, that time we didn't have marriage certificate but we show other I'd card, then we show his our pictures but ...more

Staff behaviour is too bad and very poor service. basics things are not available in the room. Geyser not working, Westbin not available. dirty floor, bedsheet, pillow. Awful experience with Sukun guest house.
