Lost in the misty veil of Summit Barsana, Kalimpong. Where the beauty of nature reigns supreme and serenity is the only truth. Amazing place to stay. Thanks to all the stuff there ! You guys are truly amazing.

Property in itself and the surrounding was good.
Play area for kids was good.
However, since the service is poor, property facilities won't create a difference in customer overall satisfaction.
1. Sealed mineral water wasn't given.
2. Wifi wasn't provided upfront which was included in package, why should I have to ASK for it.
3. Restaurant food was extremely over-priced compared to the quality and the quantity.
4. In breakfast buffet refilling of items took extremely long time.

The bestest experience that I had with Summit hotels and I am sure of booking it again in my other travels. Starting from entrance they make you feel so lavish. The property is really well built and gives good view and vibe. the food is also good, we enjoyed a full breakfast buffet included at our price.
