    The experience of our stay was excellent... The room was well maintained and well decorated. The resort itself was decorated with trees, flowers and natural stones... It's truly a Nature Resort. The food quality is superb and delivery time of the food was optimum..... Above all off these was staffs... their behavior, courtesy were more than our expectation. They are sooo well mannered and very much helpful. Specially the Front dest Manager Mr. KARAN......He was very much co-operative and helpful ...more

    the hotel staff were very nice, helpful and polite. the quality of food served was great. the location was also good. only negative was that the deluxe rooms lacked ventilation and humid, and were also quite small compared to the general size of similar rooms.

    Stay for 1 day. Room was spacious and well decorated.view from the room is mesmerising with a very silent and peaceful surrounding. View of toy train from room is an added advntage

    Horrible rooms. Room sizes are not enough for even 1 person stay. Bathrooms are stinking and water logging in Bath area. Food quality is also pathetic.

    Summit Bougainville Resort in Kurseong is a place amidst nature where people can stay in serenity with all modern amenities. The Resort is having aesthetic touch everywhere and is a spectator's delight.The staff is extremely well behaved and taking care of each and every requirement both professionally and personally. Spacious room well equipped with every necessary things in place. Would love to visit this place again. Value for money.
