We came on Tuesday evening. Warm welcome by the reception ki didi.. Rooms are very well maintained. The premium rooms had a panoramic view of d mountains.. Food is a bit pricy if you order from d Ala carte menu, but it's tasty.Its located a bit away from d town.. Proper Retreat!!

review of summit lillium hotel, kalimpong: the hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a pleasant ambiance. the food was tasty, though a bit overpriced. kids zone needs to develop and more engaging activities as hotel is far from market and people get bored when not exploringsightseeing. overall, a decent stay with scope for better family amenities.

Check in experience not welcoming. Even though the room was booked for 2 adults and 2 children, they charged 1350 extra since children age was 14 and 13. Even asked for payment in advance!!! Food quality not at all good and refilling was taking eternity. Most of the staff behaviour l, especially at the reception was not good. Not able to manage load. Will never visit or recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful location. 10/10 for hygiene and cleanliness.. 10/10 for staff behaviour and cooperation. special mention Pratiksha and Avinash Ji..Two things require immediate improvement.. 1. Geyser gives hot water for only 15 lts at a time. This doesn't last of even 5 minutes while taking shower. 2. Breakfast Buffet spread is good.. But requires huge improvement for Dinner Menu when taken in package. Rest good and Peacful stay at the property.

Booked hotel for two nights from 18 to 20 march. Welcome vibe was not felt upon arrival, although welcome drink was offered .As i had traveled from pelling after touring for two days and the hospitality of the hotel in comparison to pelling hotel was below average. Bed sheets stained and hairs was found on bed sheet upon arrival, one of the reception staff (wearing eye glass)even said may be it's by our kid who had just entered the room wearing a socks. Very neat n clean room, beautiful views from window and restaurant. The in house restaurant serves amazing delicious food. Breakfast has variety n taste. Only negative is its location which is bit far from nearby restaurants but the in house restaurant compliment that Recommended
