I have given room no 403 which was good but it's lock was faulty. so they shifted on 405 , but the geyser was not working. plus point: electric hot bed placed over mattresses, which will make you comfortable even in coldest winter. however Pawan has managed things for us and given the key for 403 so that we can use geyser. Overall a good experience as the hotel is built on Lachen culture , not simply bricks and cement as other hotels do. It probably is the best hotel in Lachen. however some maintenance is required.

It's a great hotel and located in a very peaceful environment in Lachen. We had stayed for one night and every staff and the restaurant staff , everyone was helpful and kind to us. The theme of the hotel is exceptional and the room is again very much impressive and the washroom too. All the amenities are available. too much quality poor room. Food was worst. please don't order here. quality of food is too much bad. Front desk manager told they only provide basement room. really hate it.

Not worth more than Rs 2500/-.Overpriced .voice comes from neighbour rooms. this should not be in RoomNo parking place. even to load / unload our luggages from Cab.

There is electricity problem in the town and they get very limited electricity. But the hotel have a back up generator which they don't use and try to save the diesel and wait for the normal electricity supply to come by evening, if not then they give the supply to rooms. So amenities like TV, electric kettle, wifi, geyser etc are of no use of electricity is not there. During the winter, it is important to have heater and the hotel didn't had it. Also due to Christmas hotel asked us to take compulsory dinner, which is ok but the cost was hefty 1400 per person. Thats too much. Total price of 1 night was far less than dinner cost for 4 person. Avoid this hotel. Done
