Third class Sun n city hotel, the service is like 500 rs lodge , the pictures are completely opposite to the real hotel , hotel rooms are extremely dirty , bed sheets , cushions and washrooms smelling bad , waste my hard earned money .

no breakfast was served for two days, door lock was faulty, on 25/07/23 when I returned to the hotel around 11, I found my room door was open. horrible service experience. the hotel does not have any kitchen, they buy stuffs from outside and serve in rooms on spot cash payment system

Pros: Nice locality. Helpful staff.
Cons: Rooms are very small. There were cockroaches in the room. Linen and towels seemed like they were made of old clothes.
Hotel is on the first floor. There is no lift.
No restaurant in the hotel. B'fast menu is fixed day-wise with a weird combination on some days.
ACs are old and don't cool the room. You have to run AC 24 hours.
Overall you might want to increase your budget and get a better room in a better hotel.

No parking space, staff was good. Average stay, heater in room is very small. Rooms too small. Location is near charni road.
