The rooms are nice and clean and has a Friendly owner. Surprisingly it has a peaceful and a quiet environment at Siliguri. This place is a value for money. I'll surely visit with my friends or family next time.

Staff behaviour very good and co-operative. Intercom was not working at that time but they provide mobile number to contact and they provide good service specially Priyanca and a male manager

The location is good, 50 metres from the main road, rooms are little small but sufficient for 2 persons. The food and it's portions are good. The price is reasonable. Only one drawback is the staff, probably he is the main steward. We ordered our dinner around 9.30 pm, the manager at the reception has confirmed that it will take around 30 minutes, as we need to wake up around 6.00 am and leave the hotel around 7.30 am.We kept waiting and lastly did a follow up with the manager, he said we will ...more

Here's my review for a two-night stay here as a solo traveler.1. It took the very rude manager around 25 minutes to check me in. They were not aware of my booking or that I had paid in advance 2. The room I booked and the room that they took me to were completely different. I don't think that I was provided a deluxe room there.3. excellent service.so much helpful hotelier.during my stay i check out at night by 12.30 am and the hotelier go with me up to main road to find a vehicle for NJP, really such a kind behavior , all staff are excellent . and I also enjoyed the fresh and delicious food . i ordered 2 plate veg for 2 person but staff told me 1 plate is enough for 2 person sir, i never saw that restaurant staff want to save your money. really awesome experience I got from this hotel.
