It is a good stay with beautiful scenic view of valley and mountains. It is a peacefull place to spend a quality time. but rooms are little cozy.

The hotel’s location is good. Shri Tadkeshwar Dham is about one and a half hours and main Lansdowne tourist spots are about 20-30 mins away.
Rooms and bathroom were clean and service quality was good and food was decent too.

A very exotic place to stay with Family over Kotdwara-Lansdowne Road! Rooms were very Neat & Clean. Room Service was Excellent. Staff Behavior was extremely Polite.

It was nice stay at Sunny pines resort. Hosts & staff are very nice and helpful. They tried to take care our need at utmost manner. Valley view from rooms are amazing. Nice and refreshing scenery. Terrace cafe is amazing. Food and breakfast is tasty. Little more focus is required on cleanliness, though not a big downside but it could improve. Overall it is a recommended place to stay.
