The room bedsheets are torn and untidy.
The washrooms were not clean at all. Its a deluxe room but nothing upto the mark. The windows are dirty and there are flies inside the room

Room was not the same as it was shown in the picture we choose a deluxe room but got this 3rd class room very poor and the worst part if I am paying they should at least provide us with proper packaged drinking water they just come and say we can fill water for you like come on dude no hotels in dehradun provides this kind of service and menu is too expensive 300plus for a pasta dude I am myself a 5star chef and here in out hotel we have pasta for 450rupees and they are charging very high 😂Very ...more

it was poor experience for me.. Will explain in detail. room was cleaning was pathetic including product quality.. Will never book this hotel.. charges also on higher side...Room cleaning also poor.. Quality gone down as compare to last month.....
