Room decor was pathetic. Torn bedsheet and towel was looking like duster. TV was not working and i even informed on reception, still it was showing no connection till i checked out. Restraunt food was poor. i stayed in room no. 203.

No doubt hotel is good for stay well clean n friendly staf but their travel agent Hakim gave travel package Kodaiknal+Munnar it's really very high . Their driver was drunk n driving without seatbelt.He didn't give sufficient time to watching sight scene .
While go to Munnar rain started n my all bags were wet despite of this hurry burey he was not to ready to cover my bags lastly,
Hedidn't even drop to me bus stop as he promised while booking

It was a nightmare. Have been to this hotel since my childhood. Now it has been worse. No one picks the call when called to reception, even if we go n ask them they would just passify you. Swiping machine was there when we checked in. At the time of check out they said no swiping machine used there. Service and room quality have become poor. They have to revamp the entire hotel starting frm service ppl and room aminities.

very bad hotel could not sleep at night because of bed bugs , and it was over price. too expencive according the service .

Good view from the entrance of the hotel. you have to experience the sunrise it was amazing. Very nice and pleasant stay. you can stay with family

The location is good - 1 minute walk from city bus stand. Good view of hill and gorge from room. Banks and ATMs are all within 3 minutes walk. Because of off-season most of menu items in restaurant was not available.
