very bad experience, rooms were stinking, bathroom was in bad shape, swimming pool was dirty, checkout time is 9:00 AM which is very early.
only good part was the food at the restaurant.

this is my 5th stay at this hotel. it's a good one but with time requires renovation. rooms now have broken door latches, old and broken fixtures. one can apparently fill hotel has become an old one.

Nice stay. Good food. Enjoyed my trip with family. Value for money. Swimming pool also good for fun. And enough parking space. Beautiful garden. I love food here. All dishes r tasty.

Hotel was good .. but as compared to price room was little expensive.. basic hygiene maintained.. but room size was small and washroom was little dirty.. as they are taking this much price. Booking will cost you more u will get much less in price if u go directly.. all in Mount abu u will can get nice hotel in reasonable price.

This was my continuous 5th stay at this hotel in 5 years. In all this years hotel is more or less the same including the staff. At this rate you cannot get such good hotel in Mount Abu. This hotel is old one but is maintained one. Have good parking space, very near to spots and in spite of that very silent place. Rooms are good and well maintained. Food is also good here.

I had the worst ,horrendous,horrible experience in so many years.i have been staying at hotel sunset inn since past 18 years whenever i visit mt.abu but the service i got this time was next level horrible. The staff was so rude and had audacity to tell me that this is the service i will get .if i have any complaint or issue they are not responsible.i had dead cockroaches in every room my family was staying. entire room was smelling, old dirty bedsheets with stains all over and most rude staff i have ever encounter.
