Had a good stay, it's decent room but door and entrance side we faced issue while closing or opening room, it was the only thing otherwise perfect location and good service.

all things are upto the mark ...nice staff & almost all amenities available as per hotel star rating . no issue in parking & breakfast is very tasty .
the location of hotel is within the heart of karol bagh so family has enjoyed the near about shopping in the market

Electricity kept coming and going every 15 mins. we booked it for January, & the gyser isn't working. they only gave us a bucket & rod for heating water. service & hygiene is just not worth it

The best part about them is
1) Triple executive room (good for a family with more than 2 members)
2) Breakfast is buffet system.
Overall was satisfied with the stay.

The rooms are nice , clean and hygienic only the problem was the AC I shifted two rooms in one room there was a AC gas smell all over the room and in second room the AC was not working at all irrespective after telling the reception nobody came n checked.
