They don't provide the breakfast, towel and bed sheet was dirty, phone was not working tv was not there in the room. poor experience

Not at all worth the money.
Room was very small, services were very poor staff was also not reaponsible.
The flush was not working, the washroom were not cleaned and unhygenic.
Bedsheeta were not cleaned.

First they will lure customers by showing good room photos at low rates and once you reach there they demand for 100% extra money without which they simply deny checkin. Also, they don't have any kitchen but still are accepting meal bookings. There were so many issues in the stay-AC was not working in both rooms. -Breakfast not provided despite booking it -Rooms were not clean -Bedsheets were dirty and torn -Pillow covers missing - Water bottles not provided -Hotel staff was extremely rude and misbehaved with us -hotel manager forcefully charged extra amount

l had horrible experience with this booking. I was surprised the hotel stopped my entry and demanded cash from me. called the concerned number on my booking papers and realised it was ola, they refused to refund or move me to another hotel. however, they put me on hold several times and tried to speak to executives but of no help. finally, I paid whatevet they demanded, almost 40 percent of what I paid for and got the entry . ju
