lot of badbugs in bed not able to sleepwhole night. bad sheet have multiple hole. I was alone a man there was ladies hair on bed. not cleaned up. staff hardly clean this bed I think. they just change the uper cover only. I am tagging all the pictures taken in night 11 pm

The AC in the room was not working properly, and when I raised the issue, the receptionist casually said, "This is the actual cooling." This is unacceptable— even a child can tell whether a room is cool or not. Instead of resolving the issue, he was just making excuses and putting on a show. I booked this place expecting a comfortable stay and a good night's sleep, but it turned out to be a complete letdown. Absolutely not satisfied. Terrible service and attitude. Avoid if you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

ideal for families The motel had a laid-back vibe, and the kids enjoyed it. The personnel went above and above to make our stay enjoyable, and the rooms were roomy.

I stayed here for a week and found it perfect for extended stays. The suite was well-equipped with a kitchen, living space, and a comfortable bed. The hotel also offers laundry services and a 24-hour gym. The location was convenient for exploring the city. Highly recommend for longer stays!

The room is very bad, the family cannot stay. Something else is going on there. Bad talk from the front office. I have never had such experience from hotel, service is very bad. I am very sad.

For God's sake no one should book. Lots of mosquito bites at night and no water in the tap. This is a non-responsible management, when I asked the reason for the lack of water, the answer was that it should come at 8 am, and they did not even inform me.
