this is such a weird experience
during the rain they forget to open a drainage cap so my room was full of water...all my bags got wet...even they didn't give us another room they offered only two one without AC and one without washroom....such a disgusting place...there was no light in the night for 3-4 hours and continuous light was coming and going...during the night me and my wife has to call them to give us wiper to wipe out the water...and we were unable to find the location as the hotel name is noida hotel but they have mentioned a separate name in goibibo

This place is the most pathetic stay in have seen, there are so many bed bugs in the bed, there are rats running around, No electricity for the last 4 hours,. The staff is very rude and are not ready to listen to any issues, the washrooms are so dirty that even animals will fall sick. AC is leaking and no cooling.

very bad experience ac was not working towel are very dirty / no hand wash / no body wash even hand soap/ no water flow properly, bucket and mug was very dirty / bed sheet, pillow, blankets were too dirty i also called three times to your customer care number for this but midnight ac stopped till morning.kindly check our communications with you on the date of stay so i need complete refund refund
