Very disgusting service from the hotel... 1. firstly took too much time to checkin.. 2. No one was there to bring the luggage also during checking in, lateron after requesting in evening they brought the luggage.. 3. there was no dustbin in the room. 4. the bathroom door inside lock was missing... 5. null came to ask for taking breakfast order, when I reminded them then themself send the complementary breakfast and please see the photo of complementary breakfast only 2 roti with sauce, how can ...more

Worst experience .....hotel denied access and charged extra money even though I had paid the whole amount while booking....they kept me sitting in the reception for 2 hours and allowed access only when I paid extra amount

Bathroom was decent, rest was normal like a lodge. I got an upgrade of 3X but I could see nothing beneficial or the manger didnt do anything about my 3X.
