i stayed at this place for four nights because it had a good rating. but when i got to the room, i saw the rating wasn’t true. the rooms were dirty, the bathroom door didn’t work, the washroom was tiny, and they didn’t give complimentary water.

no housekeeping service, no cattle for tea/coffee, no water, no soap in washroom, no cloakroom services were there in hotel. only small tv in working condition was there. hot water & ac were working but in limited edition.
no intercom in room.

If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with exceptional service, this is the place. The hotel grounds were gorgeous, the food was amazing, and the staff made me feel like family. I highly recommend it!

I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel experience. The location is perfect – close to everything I wanted to see. The room was clean, quiet, and had all the comforts of home. I’ll definitely stay here again!
