worst experience ever . 1st of all , the hotel which we booked , it's not the same . They have given fake pictures of the rooms. Hotel staffs were so unprofessional and mannerless. Their rooms were pathetic and unhygienic. You shouldn't fool customers like this.

my stay experience was subpar, to say the least. firstly, the hotel failed to deliver on their promise of a suite, instead assigning me a standard room. secondly, they didn't provide complimentary drinking water, instead asking me to purchase it from them. thirdly, i was dismayed to find cockroaches in my room. however, one bright spot was a exceptional housekeeping staff member who was courteous, hardworking, and polite. his excellent service is the sole reason i'm awarding this hotel 3 stars. overall, my experience was disappointing, and the hotel fell short of my expectations.
