I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, the issues started piling up. They charged extra without providing a receipt, and when I asked for WiFi, they gave me the wrong network. While the device connected, there was no data connection at all. Drinking water was not properly maintained and wasn't refilled at night, which added to the discomfort.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience for a two-day stay in Hyderabad. I was assured that breakfast would be included, but upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed by the staff that no breakfast was available. Everything was dirty. Bad service. Not worth at all this price.Voucher mentioned breakfast but breakfast was denied. Worse helpline service, no one is accepting complaints just holding and redirecting calls. Stay hear only if its your last option on earth.
