my booking shows that breakfast is included. but the hotel staff says that there booking shows. no complimentary breakfast.. that's inappropriate

if i leave the corporation of staff nothing was good, wifi not working, no drinking water available, no towel was available, no shop/handwash was available, limited tv chanel available(free one), very out side from main market/city, no taxi you will get easily.

this place is in a mess. worst service experience so far. the guy denied breakfast despite the booking being a breakfast included one. even showed the booking with the inclusion. had i known it’s an oyo property would have already skipped the booking. my bad to have booked an oyo!

Hotel staff behaviour is very polite and co-operative. The receptionist Mr. Satish Tiwari is very kind and gave a great hospitality. Hotel facilities are also great with good ambience.
