the hotel just looks good, but the staff are very arrogant to you. Also the hotel has quite defaults like in room AC doesnt work properly, in another tv won't work and even if it does only YouTube, the staff won't give towels even when asked many times, and they were very arrogant and were rude when I'm trying to explain my problem. I'm telling about different rooms because within 2 days i changed 3 rooms. The cost is budget friendly like goibibo provides good offers but you turn out to be a foo ...more

the rooms are good but lot of defaults like in 1 room ac doesnt work properly, in another the tv won't work. Besides all these the staff is so arrogant and unresponsive. if you want a good experience of stay then don't choose this hotel. per day it costed around 1000

when we reached mvp we were told that the room was sold out even though we had already booked the room and made full payment. both the receptionist ladies and gentlemen were unprofessional and unwelcoming
a guest has come, they sat down for breakfast and were not helping the guest.
thanks to oyo, after talking to customer care, oyo did the hotel shifting work and gave us a good room in botcha convention which also had a balcony. thanks to oyo
