very poor customer service. I had paid extra for the breakfast but the property had no options for breakfast and customer service was extremely poor. There was no phone network in the room which was an absolute pain. and "city view" on window just meant a facing of next building. and all surrounding was just dust
there was no phone network in the room, which means no one could reach me for three days on the phone when I was at room.
