i do not possess a photograph; however, i would like to highlight that there is no television, and the cleanliness of the room and bed is inadequate. we initially intended to change accommodations after our first night of a two-night stay, but the absence of a refund policy has compelled us to remain for the full duration. consequently, i spent the entire night in the lobby due to an allergic reaction caused by the bedding, resulting in a very uncomfortable night characterized by cold conditions, during which i was only able to wear my jacket.

hotel staff are very nice. they are very cooperative and helpful. but the owner of hotel is so rude. i stayed here several times. once i was feeling not well and suffering from headache and inform to the hotels staff don't disturb me after that slept in my room but owner of hotel came and called me for payment even though i had made the online booking and payment. i told him that i already paid online by goibibo and i am feeling not well i want sleep but he behave rudely and searched payment ...more

Two Staff members are there both are very nice and helpful. I stayed in Room No. X1. The room is ok but the bathroom is stuffy, no exhaust fan, no window. There is nothing for ventilation in bathroom.

worst experience ever. I had already paid for this hotel but hotel authority wants extra 500/- rupees charged for this room. this is not bearable

Denied for check in. Stand out of the property around 20 min, didn't open the door. Refused for booking and ask for cancellation. Due to that we canceled the booking and paid huge money for the same booking as it was late night around 1.30 am. Very rude behaviour and fight with us very badly. Never plan to stay.

Had the worst experience here. The man who looks upon the guest house is very rude n ill mannered. I booked my room with complimentary breakfast but in the morning I was denied about it n even after showing them the details he refused to serve n behaved very badly. For me it was a disgusting experience in my whole shillong trip. Will never recommend any one for this homestay honestly. very 😞

Hotel looks gud in picture ,it's very small in size,it's very small in size ,they don't provide any table for dinner,worst part is water facility is very bad , water is not available in bathrooms,
