situated near deccan metro station no lift in hotel alloted 4th floor room. no room service ac not cooling properly. .no proper structure....not recommended

the staff is very bad, the room does not match it's picture.its very small.the bedsheet and pillows were very dirty.the mattress is very uncomfortable. would not recommend it for the family. the room is on the ground floor and reception is on the 2nd floor.there is a clinic in front of the room. it says checkout time is 11 am but the hotel guy said it's 10.30 am and asked us to leave

This is an Oyo property and not worth staying. It's like a cottage-category hotel.
room service is very poor.
T V is not working
rooms are dierty

Manager is Rude and Arrogant. Business comes because of customers and arrogancy with Customers isnt wanted..
Customers will trash u if u behave arrogantly

Road leading to the hotel was blocked so we had to walk for 300 mtrs with our luggage.
There was no lift. They gave us room on the fourth floor
We landed today at 12.15am and the person in the reception is saying that the check out time is 10.30 am.
The room had too much paint smell that prevented us from having a good night sleep.
