Hotel Staff told me that we don't have link with Goibibi and they didn't allow me in Hotel even my booking was confirmed. very bad experience.

Pathetic Condition and very poor service.. I have booked a deluxe Room but they denied check-in and demanded for extra money on the booked room for which I have already paid the amount as per the T&C.

worst experience. I booked a non AC room but on the spot manager said they don't have
non AC room available now. The time was 1.00AM so i have to pay extra for AC room which i don't need.

Staffs were cooperative. Room was OK. Minimum facilities were available. But cleanliness was not upto mark, can't be said poor either. Location inside market area close together Brown road. 1.2km from railway station.
