I booked at discount prices but they want more as gst
and they shift me to the other hotel room by saying that they are doing pest control
and the other hotel where they shift me is not provided any water and bathroom shop
no room service available

Horrible!!!!!!! Guys please contact to hotel before booking otherwise you will suffer like me. I had booked this at low price but when I went for check in they denied they asked me for more money (I had already paid ). They are not professional.

that was experience is so horrible experience hotel staff says there is cops in surrounding here and you should check out in a 5 o'clock we are so scared and money is Extra charge.

no breakfast provided even though i booked breakfast. shady hotel. worst service. they are not professional. avoid at any cost. tiny dirty rooms and filthy linens.

At the time of booking, with little space. also they charged 30rs for per bottle of water seriously disgusting service. also location is so much far from the city it's on ranchi highway so better find different options there are alot of options in main city.

hotel is good room is so clean , staff are so cooperative and we'll behaved but some part need to take care 1) no pnt in room to contact reception 2)Rs.140 charged for breakfast for both day given both day idli of just rs. 20 3)even charged for mineral water rs. 30. no complimentary water.. no hot water too. 4) inside hotel food is so costly.for just egg bhurji charged 150.
