I like everything the location cleanliness all ambience & services but only Check-in was worst ever, This is my 5th stay in this property. The front desk staff need a total revamp.A few unworthy staff spoiled the show. So I request the concerned to look at the front desk issues. The rest of the staff are amazing.In spite of all this trouble we faced, I gave an 8/10 rating as I love this property..

the hotel rooms were good but maintenance not good maybe due to lack of staff. it's too inside and lacks basic things like breakfast tea coffee etc location was good with mountain view .but still won't recommend to anyone due to above reasons

Additionally, the guest rooms were pretty tidy. It was a wonderful location to stay. Throughout the service, the crew offered first-rate assistance.
