breakfast is not good only 4 bread and tea. bathroom also not good. parking also very difficult. oyo customer service was very poor. people dont book oyo rooms its very difficult to check in. yesterday also face difficulties so please dont booked oyo rooms.

The room is not large but neat. Toilet is ok. Rooms has no wardrobes. 2 hangers are provided. One small teapoy One chair One dressing table with mirror available No hot water in bathroom No towels provided A small bottle of soap is provided. One bottle mineral water is provided (half litre) Mosquitoes in room, no repellent is provided Ac working fine Fan available, no regulator for fan Bed is nice Tv available (appx 20 inch) with cable (checked 1 or 2 channels only) Hotel location is wonderful. You can walkdown from north railway sttion.

clean rooms and hotel area good service close to railway station and metro station recommend for single or family only 2 friends it was easy to locate the place and check in time extra payment issue fixed after a number of customer care conversation but all fixed before check in and during stay good service

OYO rate is less than hotel rate so hotel refused my check in when I reached there.Cheating part is hotelier asking balace money directly to the customer instead of oyo.If hotel is not comfortable with app please go way..Donot cheat customers. Any way goibio resolved my problem ..Otherwise I need to pay more to get that room.
