Room is Good , but service is very bad ,no hot water in tap and they have given quater backet water after 1 hour compliant , staff is not good as campre to quality of hotel

it was good experience and everything
my stay at the dona castle in kollam was truly exceptional! from the moment i arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome.

the room is ok and ac condition also good.
but heater not working, water is full of too much chlorine..
