The staff does not have manners to talk, entered on 7th July at 7 pm, asked four times for towel, repeatedly said they are sending it but it was not sent, on 8th July morning they are saying there are no towels, it will be available after 9 am and the resepsnist disconnect phone.

Terrible experience. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful from the start .when we asked for assistance, we were met with attitude instead of support. The room was not properly cleaned, and no one seemed to care when we raised our concerns. Zero professionalism and very poor service overall. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel stay is my worst experience ever. Room is not maintaned , after asking several time you will get soiled towel. And specially on online booking they use to allot worst room of hotel that too foul smell one. So i suggest please dont waist your money in this hotel.

I have never had a worse experience than this. The staff is behaving badly. No one is ready to understand the problem. The taste of the food is bad.
