Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights stay with family. Location is good. Hotel didnt had Security. Reception staff was unresponsive and dull. Housekeeping staff (Mr. Rishi and Mr. Ijamul) were polite and attentive. Rooms and Bathrooms were spacious. But in nearing to broken off condition. Walls, corners were stained. Found Bed Bugs in one room. Centralized AC was powerful. Hotel did not have in-house kitchen / pantry. Comp. breakfast was brought and served from outside having just one option to choose fr ...more

horrible stay, no room service, no house keeping, dirty linen, dirty room and on top of it booking made including breakfast but denied by the hotel. what else you want to spoil your stay
