worst exlerience ever . their maintnace team is working between 11.00 AM to 3.00 PM and after that what ever happens they cant do anything . No proper responce from staff if we ask anything

room was not clean and they provided used bed sheet...found stain in bed sheet.
location is good ....but in the part of hygiene very poor...

One of the worst hotel I'm choosing yesterday. Front office staff very rude behaviour. Me and my family also it's AC not working properly TV not working. Even guys nobody please don't choose this hotel it's main reason staff behaviour it's rude and harsh
poor room service
- They didn't provide mineral water, they only provided water in a jug and we don't know if it's fresh or how old it's been.
- Their restaurant is always filled with drunkards. And we can't order outside food.

The hotel was not recommended for family or any persons to stay . Exactly a local bar and the surrounding is very bad atmosphere. I was paid for an extra bed RS 500 but they dont even provided that. The package having breakfast. But they told me the restaurant was open only after 08.30, that was surprising and wondering. So they dont even care about the guest needs. Never ever stay here. There is no responsibility for anyone working over thereVery bad hotel to stay with familyIt is a local barVery poor
