pathetic stay I'll never ever take this hotel again in my life time
The tiles were broken and the jet spray wasn't working The room fan made such an annoying sound and the air conditioner was also not working properly

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience. I chose your hotel expecting a comfortable and hassle-free stay, but unfortunately, several issues made it quite unpleasant. I would like to bring the following problems to your attention:
1. No Toiletries Provided: Upon checking in, I was surprised to find that no basic toiletries were available in the room, which is quite unexpected for a hotel of your standard.

room was fine but no toilet paper, no dental kit was provided. in complementary breakfast, they give only one prantha and if you want to eat more prantha or anything else you will be charged extra with gst with service charge with gst on service charge. staff is polite, rooms are good. hence 2 stars.
