The rooms were in sucha bad condition and the staff was irresponsible and rude. The room was pathetic, they didnt have the room available for us till 4 pm
Please just provide my money back. I cant bear this nonsense at all

Incredible experience from start to finish. The food at the restaurant was superb, and the spa was so rejuvenating. The staff were warm and welcoming, making my stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!
