I had a terrible experience during my stay. I arrived at the hotel to check in around 10 PM, and my air conditioning unit was not working. The water bottle I received was open and came from the RO water supply. I requested a sealed bottle, but the staff informed me that they only provide that type of water.
I repeatedly called the reception about the AC issue until the manager finally arrived and suggested that I go to another hotel. I ended up moving to a different hotel, arriving there aroun ...more

Worst experience for us. they said pet friendly then denied check-in due to pets. we have to call police to get check-in. They don't have even mineral water for the guests, they denied this. They don't have restaurant and they said they don't have plates and glasses. What pathetic hotel, it's not for family stay, it's only for people who want 1-2 hours that too not with their own family.
