This is my 4th stay in this hotel and I can definitely say it is degrading the standard year by year. The first time townhouse was launched this property was superb in terms of room quality, service, hospitality. Now when I ask the the reception to put the good night liquid they denied by saying we don't have mosquitoes that mean I was and why would After multiple calls they put an agarbatti ,the in room dining person denied to give a plate and Fork. My friends came to see off me they didn't allow for a minute. Very bad hospitality

Narrow entrance for parking, narrow entrance to reception area, staff very cold behaviour, horrible lift, linen was unkept, bad odour near lift area, no assistance in bringing luggage from car to reception area, small room -
