rooms are good but hotel staff not able to clean after 1hour of arriving said 10mins, 10mins ... how will you get ready on time for work in such dirty place.. not recommended

Dirty and unhygienic room. No maintenance for many years. Bathroom is very poor quality and very dirty. Crack in wall and ceiling. Window glass was broken. It is very poor quality.Mosquitoes will bite. All should avoid this hotel. We booked deluxe A.C room. But AC is not working. Everyone avoid this hotel.I am very disappointed

Surbhi Hotel is the worst hotel I ever stayed in my life in Ajmer.The rooms are dirty & filthy.The television has no connection & the aircondition never work.You should check the condition of the hotel and they put the price tag per night on it.I will never recommend for this hotel to anyone.Its a complete waste of money.😡

At the time of booking, the hotel room looked good, but after the visit, I had a bad experience. The room had a bad smell. The pillows, mattresses, sheets, and furniture were very bad. There were cockroaches and ants.
