Very Clean hotel. Toiletries were present and towel were clean. Worth the cost. Staff are friendly and will help.Car parking is very limited and most of the times need to be parked on road. It is safe to park on road.Did not take any food, so can't comment on that.

The room was modern, clean and neat, but the service was very bad. There were only one room service staff. The buffet breakfast was average. Location is very good, in the center of the city. Overall a good hotel. Hope they improve their service

location is good on main road near Chennei silk showroom .
Good breakfast buffet type.
hotel have own restaurant.
Receiption staff too slow.. Need to develop fast service while guests are come to get check-in.
hotel is 1km from Karur bus stand.

Hotel check in was very smooth and staff at reception were courteous. However, the room size was small and looked little cramped. Visited the Bar in first floor and the service was far below acceptable level.
Complimentary breakfast spread was good and tasty. Location of the hotel is excellent and well connected to the market area.
