Surya Hotel Varanasi is an average hotel Food is good but facilities are not up to the mark. Staff are not capable for providing facilities. I had a problem after entering my room in the hotel.

service was poor, old property, bathroom feetings not working, AC will turn of automatically if any current fluctuation and will not turn on means if there is 3-4 times power cut, u need to repeatedly wake up at night and restart your AC. This usually not happen in small hotels or even at home.

Experience was very bad with the Hotel .Room was very bad So I ask them to upgrade the room.They charged me extra amount for that.
