AC wasn't working properly despite clearly mentioning to them regarding recent reviews about issues with AC. Dirty towels. For the snaks/drinks kept, they are charging more than the MRP of the item which is illegal in India. i will be filing a case against them for this as they can't loot customers just in the name of so called 5 star. Ordered pineapple juice for around 300 and got the juice with a very bad sour taste and noone could drink. I asked them to replace it and the newer one also tasted same. Fresh fruit platter was pathetic. Overall it was a very bad experience for me.

Not good enough. Lacking Basic facilities. Doesn't provides Packed Mineral Water. Instead provides RO Water in their own 500 ml bottles and need to refill them every time. No Mirror in Room. Do not have Coffee machine even in Dining Room. Only filter Coffee available. A.C. was not working. Changed the Room after efforts. Every day I had to asked for BATH KIT. Not recommended even though the location is very good.

Swenska was a good hotel, I would give it a 4.5 star instead of 5 as it's a boutique hotel. The food was very good. The rooms were spacious The bathroom amenities were old, no proper shower amenities like shampoo and moisturizer The hair dryer was broken The phone was not functioning properly Overall it's a 4 star

AC was not working and no proper communication from the reception. No fan provided . Receptionist and managers are not helpful . If customers questions about amenities not working but nothing solution provided

The room's AC was malfunctioning, and despite calling the helpdesk, they checked and left without fixing the issue. We had a sleepless night because the AC wasn’t cooling, and it was uncomfortably hot. Additionally, the swimming pool is quite small, about 15 by 10 feet, and there aren’t many amenities within the hotel.

I had the most horrible experience of staying in this hotel. I would highly suggest others to NOT stay in this hotel if you want safety of your belongings. Since I had a flight to catch and needed to check out early in the morning, I enquired about my missing stuff at the front desk and the front desk staff was very rude when repeatedly ask him to take immediate action and look at the Cctv footage.
