room was smelling very bad .floor was full of moisture. a/c was not working . at the time of rainfall outside water drops was leaking from celling.

i would suggest that svenska hotel staff should not trick people by keeping the snacks in room. as the customer assumes that it is free and while checking out they charge double the price of snack products. worst strategy to gain money.

well the hotel is centrally located and a 20-25 minute drive from the airport. we were initially alloted a twin bed room which was smelling if dampness and ac wasnt working. but the staff promptly changed it next day and all was good. their food is great especially their dinner buffet

I recently stayed at this hotel for four days, and I must say it was a very pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was evident, starting right at the entrance. The staff were incredibly polite and respectful throughout my stay, making me feel truly welcomed. This hotel as a unique policy to extort money from customer. Having a check in time at 3, they will only give room after 2 pm even they have the room. And if you pay early check in fees of 2500// plus tax. They ll give room after 12 noon. Before that you want to check in - you have to pay half day charge. Magic does not ends here. This hotel charge 10% service charge for in room dinning and liquor and if you use their restaurant or cafe. Does it seem interesting?? So please get all this information then u book ghe room in this property

a unique hotel in mumbai. this hotel charge 2500/- plus tax for early check at 12 noon or post 12 noon. as they have check in time at 3. is it not interesting facts. so if u want to check on post 2 then only book this hotel.

Not happy at all , bed had ants or something which got me rashes . Everything was chargeable, like 2000 rupees for using the refrigerator
