My experience of staying in hotel Swagat was very bad, the room was ok but the behavior of the staff was very bad, the staff behaviour is not good with guest. Room service was also very bad.

Location is near to Railway station .This property is inside another Hotel named Ajatsatru.Staff's are friendly in nature .Water is not available in the hotel most of the time ,you will get water in a bucket to manage .Washroom in ok, but not in good condition .Towel , bedsheet not in good condition .

The only pros of this property is its location, otherwise all other things doesn't seem to be a hotel, service room etc at this price point, price is too high for such a property. The property doesn't seems to be a hotel, the rent of room was too expensive as the condition of the room.

A: Property For room, This is average. B: Behaviour If you are here for Pind Daan Puja, never go there as they won't offer any help to secure your baggage and use foul language like 'Carry your disease with yourself' (Hotel manager told me this in the morning 5:30Am!) when you don't take Pandit from them for Puja. Beware!! They won't hesitate to ruin your entire day if you have your plans ahead. Never going to visit them again.
