The worst service by This hotel, we have reach hotel around 6 pm but they said they doesn't have room, they will shift us to another hotel, but they have waited us more than 2 hours, then Hotel manager given room that is also 3 room only out of 4 room. no soap no handwash inside bathroom, bathroom water are leaking,

CONS: The bathroom pipe was torn. I got the towel soap after asking. Whereas this thing should have been arranged in the room in advance. When I went to the room and showed the bad quality of the room, gourds were already there and did not clean it. We were shifted to the same bed. I felt so After asking for one thing, I got it, the room service people did not give me such a thing on their own. I want to say this to the hotelier who please clean the bedsheet and pillow cover. there was no water in the washroom, it stopped mid shower and i had to wait for 15 mins in the washroom for water, the wifi and tv connection was refused saying we have not recharged due to covid.. after a lot of fight WiFi password was given. there was no drinking water provided in the room after 1st day. washroom was also dirty while checking in. very dirty and smelly blankets are shoved in the cupboard. food and cafe service is also pathetic. i was straight up said no on asking for a cup on 1st day.
