Stay away from this hotel! After booking, when we arrived at hotel around 11 PM, they tried to give me small rooms. whereas I had booked spacious deluxe room which highest rate. When I denied to take those rooms, the hotel manager said we do not have other rooms. Then I called customer support at that midnight and after that they gave me the rooms which I actually booked.I was there with my family, and after long drive I had to fight for the rooms. Also their inhouse restaurant food price is rocket high.Stay away from this hotel.

It was an awaesome experience at hotel swarna . The rooms I booked was fabulous with all amenities, the room service was very good as they were polite and kind to us . The restaurant had a nice ambience as well as the food was delicious. The swimming pool was very clean and well maintained. I highly rate this hotel for spending a nice vacation. Thanks to all the support staff of the hotel .

Everything is good, except the swimming pool water is not clean. Swimming pool requires maintenance.The hotel was very good. Comfortable, and clean. The room is not very big, but good. Breakfast was also very good. 5 minutes from the beach. But minus point, swimming pool condition is very bad, water is not clean. Swimming pool requires maintenance.
