Nice property, excellently located next to the High Court. Food quality is also good. However, the attitude of the Front Desk staff detracts from the overall experience and undermines the property’s potential. It is recommended to appoint a more experienced Front Desk staff or a manager to enhance customer service.

Our stay at your hotel wasn’t pleasant . The rooms were comfortable and clean , no doubt . But a stay is not defined just by the bed . It includes other things .When we came early at the hotel at around 10 am , we were told that we have to pay a hefty amount ( Rs. 2000 more ) for early check in . We requested for a lesser charge , as we would be booking for the next day also and would check out at 6 PM evening . It was rejected . So we paid the charges . Coming to the room , the TV doesn’t work ...more

the breakfast buffet was very limited, which might be due to the fact that it is an offseason. The property is well maintained and beautiful, although the rooms are cramped(deluxe room). Overall a good stay for 2 persons. Its 2.5 km from the mall road
