I have stayed there for two days. on the first day smoke alarm started ringing turns out some dust was there causing it. they literally came with stair case in my room . I was seeing this first time in any five star . and in another room which they gave us has the broken shower handle leaking water from below room no. -504
2nd thing very busy reception they can not manage the guests smoothly it takes too much time . they are outnumbered there. I had extended my stay but in another room . I have ...more

hotel is beautiful , calm place to be , staff was really helpful and well mannered, room was big and bathtub was really nice, food was amazing especially the sweet section in dinner buffet, in simple words loved it 💓👌🏻

this hotel is a class apart. exceptional service, attention to detail, courteous and proactive staff. there’s not a single flaw that i can find at this hotel and i’ve stayed there quite a few times. hats off to the staff.
