"This hotel feels more like an old lodge. We booked a two-room suite, but it felt more like a hostel. The furniture was broken, and the TV had no connection. The only positives were its convenient location and good room service."

Hotel Taj Palace feels more like a lodge than a proper hotel. The wooden furniture is outdated and in need of maintenance. Curtains are not well maintained either. The room itself feels more like a hostel than a hotel. The only positive points are its convenient location and the good housekeeping service.

This hotel is located approximately 1.5km down the side from Mall road. The hotel location and layout is average. all taxi cars are reaching this location.

Taj palace offered a serene escape admit bustling Shimla. Our room's balcony provided breathtaking views of the mountains.The lift was a lifesaver with our luggage, and the nearby Mall Road was perfect for shopping and dining. The hotel's pet-friendly policy was delightful surprise. A truly memorable experience.

Our stay hotel Taj Palace was nothing short of perfect. The spacious family Suite with its stunning balcony views was a dream come true. The kids loved it and we appreciated the convenience of the lift and parking. Being so closed to the mall road was a bonus. the stop was enclavedi friendly and accommodating, even with our furry friend.
